Here is a list of the most common questions I receive:

1. Do you answer personal relationship/breakup questions via email or by phone?
   
   Coaching is not being offered at this time.
    
2. I'm having trouble downloading the Ex(Squared) System. Can you help me?
   
   Absolutely! But first, check your email (the one you entered when you ordered), as you should have received a download link sent to that email address. Also check your SPAM / Junk folder and make sure it didn't end up there.
   
   If you did not receive the download link at all, contact my technical support team and they will get back to you in less than 48 hours with a working download link. Use the form below to contact my staff.
   
   
3. My situation is "unique", will your system still help me?
   
   Most likely yes. I've been a relationship coach for many years and the material I offer is a complication of hundreds of individuals experiences. With each and every success story I receive, I try to update the information contained in the Ex(Squared) System. While you may think your situation is "unique", it's probably not at all.
   
   
4. Can I get a physical book mailed to me?
   
   The Ex(Squared) System and all bonus material are available in electronic format only. Meaning, you get instant access to it on your
   computer.
   
   I decided to make the complete system available this way because it drastically cut down on costs and made everything instant. So, the moment you pay, you get forwarded to the download page where you can download everything and be reading the material in minutes.
   
   My customers prefer this method as opposed to physical delivery because there is no waiting weeks for a book to be
   delivered via snail mail.
   
   
5. The book will not open on my computer. What should I do?
   
   This is probably because you don't have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. Click here to download it for free. If the problem persists after this (extremely rare), contact me via the contact formlisted below.

Please send our technical support team an email using the address below. Allow up to 48 hours for a response. If the email is not related to a technical issue and of a personal nature, it will be deleted. I simply do not have time to respond to the hundreds of emails I receive each week.
